ok. . so it was about the photos.. Roux wants the entire 7000 ... fine, says Van Stad...
but he, ,van stad, keeps them.. he is there when Roux goes thru them..
to bring them to court.. Van Stad gets permission from the Clerk of Admin.. the Master copies..
to get custody of the Master Copy..
o.kay.. now Roux is moving on to the powder residue test.
Roux is now asking about another colonels statement.. about Oscars statement re bail.
this colonel took that statement
Nel objects... this witness cant comment on Col Von den Neff s statement..
judge says.. no he cant..
Roux wants to know if Van Stad was THERE when this statement was taken.(15th Feb

Now there is confusion - R is reading from a statement that belongs to Col Ven, giving everyone the impression it is from this witness. He's actually asking if VS accompanied Col Ven, the blood spatter expert, through the house.

R going through the testimony yesterday when VS said he turned the bat over. He is trying very hard to discredit these bat photos.
I think there is something here .....that bat has blood on both sides, it shouldn't, I don't think, according to OP's story.
