In what country? Is that Germany? That site does require Rxs but I am not going to go through the Check Out process to see if it does for that junk. No sense chasing this around really because it is animal steroid, that's the point, PED. The US manufacturer says it is used primarily for erectile dysfunction and it helps stamina. So IMO OP was using it to help sexually or using it during training for a cheat. Weird that he had it and a presumably used syringe in the bedroom that night?

This usually happens during discovery/disclosure. It's a bit of a grey area with me as I think the rules for this change from state to state and between countries. I'm not too sure with SA.

There's often not much to be received from defense as most of the documented evidence and exhibits are provided by prosecution.

.. although this photo, taken as part of the crime scene evidence, does seem to be a different bed .. even to the one of those pix of the guns on the lamp stand, because the lamp stand in the crime scene ones is different ..

Has anyone actually seen any other pix of the bed he had at the time of the shooting, from the side? The only ones I've seen are of the bedside table and from the end (which you can see under) .. I can't find one which confirms the sides of the bed were blocked in or not. I can't see them being totally blocked right to the ground though, as he would've known that and surely wouldn't have said he'd put his gun under the bed?

It's the angle of the photo from above that foreshortens any space there might be to slide a gun underneath. It is the same bed. From photos seen from the foot of the bed it is clear it is a very low bed. The bedside table is of the sort that makes it look integral to the actual bed. But with all of this I really think we are missing the point. The interview photos shows the gun on the bedside table and Sam Taylor testified to the bedside table being where OP was used to placing his gun when he went to bed. Does it really matter if there is 1cm or 10cm of space under the bed?

It is used for erectile dysfunction. It would take large quantities to truly help physical performance on the track, although OP did have a huge quantity of it IMO.

I think regressive vicariation might be like a detox, but I'm clueless on the rest of it.

Don't know how you see it as a different bed to Duchy's post when imo it is clearly the same bed.

Thanks, Viper .. yes, that's probably it .. the bedside tables in the crime scene photos look different to the ones in the magazine photo shoot though (not that that makes any difference to the bed necessarily, but it almost looks like the one in the photoshoot is part of the bed .. yet in the crime scene one, it's separate and looks quite different, different lamp too, whereas the photoshoot one appears to be part of the bedside table/bed .. so I'm not entirely sure it's the same bed .. surely there must be some more pix of the bed somewhere, just so that we can be sure?!)

When I had another look at the door, it would have been really awkward to get in if it went inwards. It would mean you would need to skirt round the door to reach the loo.

In April, police confiscated the cellphones of officers working on the Pistorius murder case when it came to light they had photographed him after his arrest.

It was reported at the time that according to a written response by Police Minister Nathi Mthethwa to a parliamentary question, cellphones were confiscated from 45 police officials.

Boschkop police station management also seized four other official police phones.

The police ministry said disciplinary steps were being taken against the culprits. The phones would be used as evidence.

Try zooming in on both tables, you will see the same drawer in both images. They are the same table. It is just that in the images they are turned 90 degrees. The table does not attach to the bed, it just sits next to the bed.

Public toilets in the UK are like this, presumably because too many people would get hit by doors opening if they opened outwards. I'm sure most of the ladies here will agree with me that they can be very cramped indeed. Often the door almost touches the toilet, making it quite a squeeze to get in and out. :notgood:
