The prosecution has cried wolf too many times about what RH did online to have any credibility whatsoever about their interpretation of this June 18 exchange.
Watching one thing on TV relating to a current, government sponsored safety program about hot car deaths did not mean either Ross or Leanna were doing "research" about how to kill Cooper.
That allegation is insulting to the intelligence , as is the now thoroughly discredited accusation that RH researched "child free life" because he wanted to be rid of Cooper, and whoops, "research" again means a one time visit to a site, and whoops times 2, a site suggested by a friend.
Now the jury is to ignore the fact that as late as a week before Cooper was supposedly killed as a way of RH getting free of his marriage, RH tells this sexting partner, Ms Y, that he is "very" happy in his marriage, "minus the sex."
Sorry, but isn't that a plain vanilla standard reason why husbands cheat? Having no intention of divorcing, much less of killing their babies?
(And btw, I didn't see any

shaming whatsoever. Kilgore was pointing out -- look at her. She sends those photos willingly, says those things, encourages RH talk about "risk," and she knows he's married.
Is she a monster of a freak or shameless or capable of killing a child because she does these things? No. She is not . And neither is Ross.
