I personally think Boring is doing a good job, he's thorough.

Yes, but I didn't see a hard right, I'll have to go back and look again ;)

I am not trying to be snarky, but Ross did not take the most direct route to the theater. He turned right on Cumberland Pkwy, right on Cumberland Blvd (this road would have taken him directly to the theater but he did not do this), and then turned left on Akers Mill. It was around the Cobb Parkway/41 intersection that Ross made a "hard right" during a lane change.

Link provided to show you Ross's route (the movie theater is located next to Main Event Entertainment - indicated by fork and spoon image):

Boring is just doing scatter shot, non sequitur hit and runs at this point, and truthfully, I've gone from scepticism to anger and disbelief at the ethically bankrupt railroading I'm watching right now.
I have listened to the testimony lol of all witnesses so far. But JMHO he is confusing and jumping around all over and I sure the Jury is borded as heck now. LOL
Boring is messing up he is tired lolol

Agree. I am thinking he is doing a good job with lots of complex info. And I think it is needed and is leading up to something and also painting a story of defendant's state of mind

I find something a little unlikeable about Det Stoddard. I can't put my finger on it though....

She has actually sustained a bunch of the "leading" objections.
Lol I just remember hearing I will allow... I so bored thinking about going rake leaves.

Why does Stoddard keep saying "He's like ..." And "She's like...." ??

I like Stoddard, too ;)

I'm maschochist enough to keep waiting for the punchline in each of the text exchange stories, but it never comes.

LOL, I don't take your posts as being snarky at all :) Ok, I also believe you because you know the area, was there a hard right? To me when I watch Stoddard driving, I don't see anything that would be a hard right, is there a hard right in the video that he takes? I'm still listening to Stoddard and Boring.. Catching up. ;)

Ross actually looks embarrassed. That's a first, even after all the nasty junk we've heard.

Oh...he messaged "Kid." When asked why he doesn't get divorced. Maybe it's an Oh crap face.

Maybe he has teenage kids and hears it a lot

Maybe. It's just a strange way for a grown up detective to express himself during his trial testimony.

But then again there have been several times that the "casualness" in this trial has struck me as odd.

The fact that he played such a large role in this investigation, has many inconsistencies in his statements, doesn't seem prepared and appears to stretch random info to get to certain conclusions makes it hard to feel like he did an honest job. His testimonies all together make it seem a lot like someone covering up bad police work and hoping people don't catch on.

Did Stoddard just day "d*** pic?"

I mean...

Is "and things like that" a teenager-ism as well?

That phrase from Boring has become like fingernails on a chalkboard for me. I'm almost at the point that I have to turn it off.
