Respectfully Macright .. i doubt that an oath means much to people who can commit crimes like this. An oath to them is more likely to be self-serving, rather than in the interests of justice.

Tissue from Tori's damaged liver was found in her lungs. Liver was damaged before head injuries.

Pollanen officially lists Tori's cause of death as multiple blunt impact injuries. Torso injuries, untreated, could have caused her death.

You are assuming that someone who doesn't work with hammers as part of their job wouldn't know which end is which? Whichever end was used when and by whom doesn't indicate who dealt the blows. IMO, the claw end was possibly used to inflict more gouging type wounds as opposed to blunt wounds, or simply in the fury of the moment, it didn't matter to whoever was wielding it.

JMO

Shop class, nailing two pieces to wood together, putting pictures up......every male I know wouldn't use the claw end of a hammer to inflict force.

The claw end is curved and would be ineffective, unless it was used in a flat position.

I would also point out that TLM claimed VS made no sounds, while all these blows reigned down upon her. I seriously doubt her statements about that.

It was testified that Tori was found with her legs apart ( i took it as her legs were apart from a assult of a male ) but also see that she was found in the fetal postion on her side..

Not sure how both could be right, or if i missread something.. Please clarify for me please//

Tori was hit three times with the claw end of the hammer, once with the other end. Also punched, kicked, thrown on the ground.

The amount of force used was "considerable."

Bleeding from the head, inhalation of blood, torso injuries all contributed to Tori's death

I understood that statement to mean that her legs were not intact, in otherwords detached.. JMO
