Some of Tori's ribs were fractured in more than one place.

So now were at the proof that that hammer was used TLM testified to that, the body was found without panties or pants, TLM testified to explain that, the description of the site was very close to what she drew for the detectives, that was confirmed, the bottle caps were there, TLM testified to the explanation of that, the cause of death was accurate, TLM testified to that......why in God's name would the jury think what she said about him raping her, especially since she found that way would they think she was not telling the truth. I have only one apprehension, since experiencing the 12 idiots in the CA case completely ignoring the duct tape on a childs face. I really hope this jury has logic and common sense.

You are assuming that someone who doesn't work with hammers as part of their job wouldn't know which end is which? Whichever end was used when and by whom doesn't indicate who dealt the blows. IMO, the claw end was possibly used to inflict more gouging type wounds as opposed to blunt wounds, or simply in the fury of the moment, it didn't matter to whoever was wielding it.

ya and i am not so sure he really works...he might just say he works IMO as when questioned by LE on the audiotape he couldn't actually come up with one odd job he did while in town. He seems kind of lazy IMO and probably wouldn't know one way or the other how to properly do anything in construction or otherwise...I mean look at his car!:what: Get back in there you lunatic :jail: IMO

Pollanen says the fractures are consistent with kicking, stomping and compression of the chest.

Kicking, stomping, compression of the chest listed as ways could be injured.

Pollanen says the liver injury may have occurred after Tori died, due to one of the large rocks placed on top of her body.

If it can happen once, it can happen again, and I am sure MTR and his camp are wishing it so.

Casey Anthony's case gave hope to accused criminals everywhere (kind of like OJ's).

Conversely, Morin's and Milgard's case gave hope to wrongly accused criminals everywhere.

The rock weighed 62 pounds. May have damaged the liver and broken some ribs.

I'm sure they will get to that. IMO it would be hard for Tori to have been in a prone position and to have suffered a hammer blow to her forehead.

Was she not also found in a fetal position.
