I think they're were trying to ban brothels and it didn't happen. My city has started talks of allowing the escort agencies to open some here. Prostitution on the streets is illegal still. Brothels are a business providing a service, and also provide some protection for the "staff".

It's all the same to me.

Mike Knoll: Rafferty's lawyer Dirk Derstine addressed the media today. We are uploading his comments currently. I'll add a link to this feed where they are ready for viewing.

when should i attend the courthouse to hear verdict?

Mike Knoll: - it is impossible to determine when 12 people will reach a unanimous decision on 3 charges. When we are informed that they have reached a verdict we will do our best to get the info out.

RaffertyLFP: Court ready to resume waiting for jury

The jury is back.

when the jury was out in the Casey Anthony trial I **had** to go to cedar point (amusement park if anyone doesn't know) lol...

The news sites had a sign up for text message for the verdict watch which was very helpful! I wonder if any of the local channels for this case are doing something like this?

Judge reminded no medical evidence of sexual assault was found, but none was expected to be, due to the level of decomposition.

Tori's blood was found in Rafferty's car, however.

I would think so too. Men would tend to be more technical and relate to being "duped" JMO!!

Sometimes I wonder........things that make you go hmmmm.....

p.s. not sure why I would say men can relate to being duped, just the first thing that came to mind ?!?!?

Funny, my husband said the same thing ... He said that if a women friend asked for a ride with a child he would not of questioned it would never even crossed his mind that it might be a kidnapping

I hope you aren't rolling your eyes while you're having that hissy fit!!

As you as my witness, I will never roll my eyes again.

Would he feel the same if the child was made to sit on the floor, under his coat? And asked to drive them to a fairly secluded location?

ETA: I'm also assuming that your husband doesn't sleep with 18 year old drug addicts.

RaffertyLFP: The jurors are getting copies of the decision trees Heeney said they are visual aid to help them

RaffertyLFP: The first decision tree deals with the scenario that Rafferty was the actual murderer of Tori

I believe it's illegal to solicit sex, but not illegal to pay/be paid for sex. Brothels are legal as far as I know.

Sex!? Escorting is legal because they just keep people company, they just go on "dates" (coffee, movie, etc.) don't they? ;-)

Only TLM testimony to say VS was on the floor and under the coat ... just saying.

Second comment was not necessary unless you are trying to stir up a negative reaction ... just saying MOO
