It does not matter to me, what Terri-Lynne McClintic's childhood was like.
I do not care, how she cries, or pauses while testifying what SHE did to Tori.
I sincerely hope that the prosection, shows her to be as guilty as her 2 week old boyfriend.
Actually, in my opinion she is worse then Rafferty.

Without Terri McClintic, it's doubtful that Tori would have trusted, and gone to the car.

I agree with all others, who talk about total evil.

Thank goodness, they were caught, and are in a court of law. Cannot say anymore without being banned.

Erm TLM has already been found guilty and is serving a life sentence, this is Rafferty's trial

And I think they are equally monsters.

She has been nailed already. She admitted to what she did and pled guilty and is serving a life sentence. Actually hearing about what she did is horrible.

I posted a tweet this morning about it and I have to wonder about what's going on with that. If Rafferty had prior charges or convictions as a juvenile or even any complaints against him r.e. anything, would that have come out already during this trial? TIA

The FACT that remains is that TLM chose to murder - the rest is speculation and conjecture. And that's a fact

Raffety could have stopped TLM from hitting her with the hammer and he didn't. Her body was motionless already. What did he do to contribute to her motionlessness? His phone pinged out there and that will be established later. That is how Tori's body was located along with TLM's sketch and details of the location of the remains. JMO

I have seen nothing about MR's past or priors come out yet. The only thing mentioned on here was awhile ago ,from one of his past gf's who stated that one of MR's ex gf's charged him for stealing money from her.

I also find it interesting that he told TLM to get a 'young girl' and that 'they are easier to manipulate'. How would he know that unless he had some experience with young girls.

After today, I wonder if he has done this before. Remember back in april 2009, there were a few attempted abductions reported in southwestern ontario the week before april 8th....really makes me wonder

I don't know about that but someone doesn't just start that kind of behavior suddenly. Someone would have had to have done this before. I knew a guy who was only 15 who started abusing very young girls, this guy then went on to abuse his own daughters and grandaughters.

That's what I was wondering about too and about a juvie record, since TLM's was disclosed at trial today.

This tweet kind of sums up what I have often thought about this case. This reporter was disturbed enough to report what they heard in the halls of the courtroom. I guess not everyone follows a "case" like Victoria's, because they care.

If TLM was lying, why wouldn't she say MTR hit Victoria over the head? If she was trying to set-up MTR, why would she admit to killing her? I can't see a good reason for not trying to save face with this very horrific confession. Why not pin the use of the hammer and the fatal blows on MTR? JMO

For those that have wondered why he didn't just bring tools or go and get tools from his house, here is what TLM had to say about that, FWIW.

He made a comment that he had tools at his house, but it would be ‘too heat’ (would attract too much attention) to grab them. So he said we had to make one more stop. I asked him where.”

Mr. Rafferty didn’t reply, she said.

This testimony could be taken a couple of ways, IMO. I SAW VICTORIA. Did she know who Victoria was, or is she just saying that now, because she knows who Victoria is now?

The jacket ended up in a garbage bag immediately after the assault and murder. I kind of doubt it ever ended up back out of the bag, but, you never know.

McClintic says Rafferty cleaned himself with McClintic's winter coat and water bottles. The jacket was put in a garbage bag. The two then messed up the the tire tracks in the laneway before leaving. She says she was shaky as they drove away. However, each told the other that they were OK.

This confession, is absolutely devastating and breaks my heart. Why?

Wishing strength to Victoria's loved ones, as I do not know how they are managing.

“I went back to the vehicle,” she repeated, and there was another long pause until McClintic said, “and I savagely murdered that little girl.”
