Yes I believe there was. So he was studying that surveillence video that was released and listening to reports for the driver of that vehicle to come forward. And for a while it appeared as though they weren't going to come forward but I think they did eventually.

The story does seem to be falling into place with all that we heard in the beginning. The clothes being dumped in London etc...which seems to have been a lie to her mother and didn't really happen. I wonder how much of that evidence they found along the 401 and in the garbage dump? Or the shoes off highway 6.

The cuts in the back seat make sense to as to why LE didn't jump on the reports of a seat at a curb in which we saw pictures. That seat had no holes cut into it. I wonder if they found the pieces that were thrown out along the highway. And it makes total sense that he would eventually decide to remove the entire seat because how do you explain the holes cut out?

I wonder if the Crown has those items to enter into evidence. I do recall that they took a dumpster away for searching and better analysis during the investigation - I just can't remember where it was from.

If they found the car seat bits then they would have blood evidence and maybe his DNA on there as well. I know they never found the actual seat but maybe they have the foam bits. JMO

During McClintic's testimony about cleaning the car, Rafferty mouthed the word "liar". Lots of reaction from him today.

It just makes me think back to all those officers walking that entire stretch of the 401 between Guelph and Woodstock in those press photos.
