Yeah, well, if they are both crying at this point in time, it certainly seems to me that they are in it together, regardless of who swung the hammer. Neither one of them tried to save her, that is for sure.

Maybe he will just confess, and save Victoria's loved ones this turmoil.

How is this possible? If someone had just kicked her and fractured her ribs, hard enough to lacerate her liver -- then how it is she had "no wounds" on her body?? She'd have had bruising in the area where she was kicked. :twocents:

She said she thought if she didn't say it was Rafferty, he was someone "who could do this again to another child."

Gowdey asks McClintic about her May 24th statement. She will watch video segments from the police interview, as will the jury.

This is GREAT. This will allow the jury to evaluate TLM's responses/actions during the LE interview with her demeanor in Court. Will give the jury something to weigh as to when she might be telling the truth and when she is not.
