It is possible that Rafferty's family has not been in court yet because they might get called to testify. JMO

Good thought, and the same may possibly apply to any of his friends or family that might be still supporting him.

Or they might simply not be supporting him. They certainly have not been vocal thus far, as to his innocence.

I guess that's why they had the "legal issue" delays. Perhaps the Crown wanted some of it in and Defense objected and vice versa. The Judge decides what comes in or not. :moo:
