Seems a bit "mildly vindictive" doesn't she ... talking about the victims of her crimes and retaliation against those that have done her wrong or she just plain doesn't like. That's where the defense is going with this ... that it was all TLM and he was the innocent dupe.

I have said all along that she is much more violent and capable of violence than MR but I never dreamed that she could be that tough. OMG!!!

Agree but how often do criminals wave their trial and chance to get off, claim their guilt, take their punishment without any leniency? Not too often I would think. Were watching it now with MR. So she liked protraying herself to be tough, wanted MR to think she was too, took the dare to prove it, pretending to be in a gang, fantasized obviously having that "power" but cried, broke down in her confession, claimed comforted Tori during the abduction and rape, held her promise to MR to take the rap now. IDK I'm not sure it was her who struck that hammer unless she is schizophrenic and a desperate wanna be which its appearing

If TLM is indeed claiming to have murdered Tori even though she didn't, could it be to raise her rank in the gang she aspires to be part of? well, can I just say that imhoo the forensics are going to be the biggest part of this trial? And furthermore, I don't personally believe TLM held Tori's hand to help her to the restroom or was kind to her in any way, shape, or form (let alone that Tori called her "T")

IMO I still think that MTR is responsible for the final blows; however, Maxfactor I believe that you could be on to something. MR sure was wanting to project her tough gang image on the outside so I could see it being of mega importance to her now to make good on that image. Don't some gangs to belong you have to prove you killed someone? Wow. IMO you only get involved with someone like MR to walk on the dark side.:what:

I thought people that commit crimes against children are frowned upon by other inmates? I can't see TLM's gang image being raised for killing an innocent child, especially in a woman's prison.

Yes she does. She spent her whole life learning she had a choice at whether to be a victim or someone to be reckoned with. We've heard she was a victim when she was young. So I guess to counteract that and protect herself she felt the need to become the badass person to fear. The "gangsta" chick who would cut a b**** for even looking at her the wrong way.

Seems she succeeded in that endeavour. Now how do they deprogram her? Or was it all for show to protect herself? Hard to say. Either way I'd rather they keep her in there for life.

But it's clear that the defence is going to try to pin it all on her. As some kind of revenge killing. And it's becoming disturbingly apparent that they might even be trying to go for broke here. That MR was simply asked to drive TLM and "her friends kid" to Mount Forest. And he did. And he left them there.

Of course how they're going to explain why he didn't call LE when Victoria was announced as missing, or why he decided to convert his car to a two seater is going to be interesting.

weird thought - upto this point in the proceedings of the case, If rape was not in question either by testamony or evidence ( Since we havent gotten to that yet ) could it be possible it was all her and MR had been duped in some way and for only TLM's motives?

I believe in my opinion the way they worded the instructions to the jury over and over about "Acting together" and not to put weight of guilt about who killed Tori, that something "Key" is missing and eventually come out.

I dont think we have heard of any physical evidence of rape yet have we from either crown or defence? except from TLM? or do i have that wrong?

Yep TLM is definately an example of what "can" be the outcome to a baby who is tossed away and treated like garbage their entire life. Every child d eserves the best start. This in no way absolves her of her heinous behavior but yes her experience can be a recipe on how to create a monster. God help anyone who gets in her way.
