I know that before the trial the Crown must make all the evidence they have available to the defence. Is the converse also true? Does the defence havve to disclose all the evidence they will use, i.e., the letters, journal, Facebook pages, videos, etc? I guess what I'm asking is, is the Crown anticipating this line of defence?

I keep hearing stories of people undergoing polygraph tests and saying that they passed. I then hear other people saying that LE doesn't tell you if you passed or not. It's certainly my belief that LE would lie about whether or not you passed. But the whole thing has me pretty confused.

McClintic said she heard rumors about Stafford and McDonald. She said they did not owe her any drug money but they may owe money to others

McClintic tells the court she was repeating rumours #Rafferty had told her. #Rafferty looks on, seems to roll eyes and shake head.

McClintic asked by Derstine was just trying to cast blame. Says she had heard those things before. From Rafferty.

In interview Derstine says McClintic says she heard things about Tara and Boyfriend maybe being involved in disappearance.

Derstine says McClintic told a jail staffer she had drug dealings with McDonald. Also heard McDinald had a $20,000 cocaine debt.

McClintic says those things "just came out." "I also heard the step father (James Goris) was a diddler" McClintic said to the staffer

McClintic "wasn't trying to blame anybody," she says.

McClintic being asked about telling police Rafferty was involved on May 19th. She was eventually shown the Home Depot video

McClintic said she didn't want to believe she was capable if this. It has taken her this long to come to terms with it.

When I woke up on April 8th, I did not have murder on my mind," McClintic says. "I did not think I was walking her to her death"

McC: "when I walked down the street with that little girl I did not think I was walking her to her death."

IMO, that question would not be relevant to the case, she didn't murder a boyfriend/ex boyfriend, she murdered an innocent little girl, also she isn't actually on trial, she is the Crown's witness, so it isn't relevant to the jury what type of person she was attracted to - JMO.

Derstine suggests McClintic has been lying all along, and has always stood by her lies.

McClintic says she will never say that more happened because she is telling the truth now

Sorry I'm sure this was already posted but it looks like Rafferty told others about this theory and not just TLM. Hmmmmm. JMO

How would MTR say anything to TLM about James or Tara or Rodney if he did not know them. Has it been established that any of them knew who he was?

This sounds like MTR was reading all the dirt that was brought up about them on FaceBook and relayed it to her.
