It has taken her this long to come to terms with what happened and insists she is telling the truth about the death of Tori Stafford. She says she did not intend on seeing Rafferty on April 8, 2009. "When I walked down that street with that little girl, I did not know I was walking to her death," she tearfully tells the court. .

Um, so she was convicted according to an Agreed Statement of Facts that was not true???? Good thing that girl got life - anything less and the devil would be dancing. I was always suspicious of the Agreed Statement of Facts, but this is wowsa ... not only that, but the MR trial was already scheduled to start in a couple of months ... those lawyers really had to scramble then to get everything together.

I keep hearing stories of people undergoing polygraph tests and saying that they passed. I then hear other people saying that LE doesn't tell you if you passed or not. It's certainly my belief that LE would lie about whether or not you passed. But the whole thing has me pretty confused.

Since the results are inadmissible in court, what does "passed" or "failed" really even mean? I'm sure whatever LE tells the subject would be quite ambiguous and could be interpreted whichever way the subject wants.

How would MTR say anything to TLM about James or Tara or Rodney if he did not know them. Has it been established that any of them knew who he was?

This sounds like MTR was reading all the dirt that was brought up about them on FaceBook and relayed it to her.

I thought that hey knew them from that bar??? I think it could be true. I think they both knew TM, RS though I am not so sure.

good lord is the defence going to say MTR wasn't even there or his car was stolen??? Where is this going!

To me it seems pretty obvious (as I have said before) he is trying to paint her a liar, which she is, he will try to make the jury believe that she made up the story of MTR sexually assaulting Tori. In fact he may try to make the jury believe MTR wasn't there at all and unless crown has good evidence that he was ... well ...

And will we be getting her behavioural counsellor on the stand to explain to the jury just what is wrong with TLM? And what they thing is going on in their professional opinion? I sure hope so.

TLM when questioned about a possible drug debt owed to herself, says no - TM and JG did not owe her any money, but - oh how did she put it - possibly others? Is this an inference to her mother?

Well the part about making up the sexual assault might be hard for them to prove considering that TLM told them about that 2 months before they found Victoria's body...without any clothes from the waist down. So someone likely assaulted her.

And the video and phone evidence suggests that MR was with TLM the whole time. Or at least his car and phone were.
