McClintic's mother lost partial vision in her eye due to that assault.

McClintic also had thoughts of stabbing a taxi driver in the neck with a pen.

McClintic admits she has seen many psychiatrists in her life, she told them she was feeling rage and had blackouts

Derstine says in Jan 06, McClintic claimed to have feelings of intense rage, blackouts, visions of hurting ppl

Photos on McClintic's Facebook page were dated AUG/08. Just after she got out of custody.

When McClintic told her mother had lost part of sight in one eye in assault she said "that's what she needed - a reality check"

LE obtains search warrants for the accounts, then when it becomes evidence it is disclosed by the prosecution to the defence.

The jury is shown a picture of McClintic's mother with a black eye. Derstine says McClintic choked her mother with her left hand as she punched with her right after the two got into an altercation over McClintic's dismissal from work. She says her mom poked her so she hit her back. Derstine says her mother lost partial vision in her eye as a result.

The other charge involved McClintic punching her mother in the back of the head after she says the two got into a mutual confrontation and her mother burned her with a cigarette.

I realize shooting up drugs with her adoptive mother is totally wrong. Plus the adoptive factor when she was younger 'may' have downed her too. Gee, if it was my bio child I'd be very upset to have learned this mother did all these things with my child.. however, the bio couldn't keep TL, unfortunatley... or fortunately who knows... thanks!!

McClintic told a probation officer she would feel "good" watching somebody get their throat cut and bleeding to death. Doesn't recall it
