She's not the accused!!!! Could someone please tell the defense that we have not heard about MR's wonderful mishaps yet and it appears that is what probably is exactly in every jurors mind right now. I'm not saying she's not a monster but give me a break. Her credibility is almost shadowed, second of importance by her confession. They want to know, waht did HE do, what part did HE play, IMO, he's already toast

The officer's interview style is friendly and gentle. At one point when they talk about her music choices (rapper Necro) they both laugh

McClintic is very cooperative and pleasant during April 12th interview with police.

Derstine stops the video. McClintic admits she was lying. Derstine says she was "comfortable and relaxed". She agrees.

Derstine asks about the line where McClintic would "smile" after killing someone. She cries and says no. She's not violent towards children

On the recording, which is playing again, McClintic smiles and jokers with the officer about music and shoes.

McClintic said she has never hurt a child in her life "The fact that a child lost her life in my hands was something I could not comprehend

McClintic said she "created a story in her mind that she wanted to believe". So she lied.

If TLM is trying to pin the murder on MTR, then why is she saying now that she did it?

If TLM is lying about MTR being the murderer, and admitting it herself, wouldn't Derstine be happy she is now confessing to being the one to wield the hammer?

If Victoria Stafford was murdered during the course of a kidnapping, aren't the kidnappers guilty of murder, regardless of who actually swung the death blow on the precious child?
