It was my understanding from the reporters on the scene, that they were only allowed to report on court activity occuring in the presence of the jury.

Will the other legal arguments be made public now?

Or she gave them false leads, what's the sense of giving them the correct location if they had a chance of finding the hammer with her finger prints on it? At that time she was maintaining that MR had killed her.

The jury is now shown a map showing a route between Woodstock and the location where Tori's body was found, which passes through all of the landmarks McClintic described. Det. Const. Darmon said it took him roughly two hours and 15 minutes to drive the route.

hmmmmm, Crown presenting exhibits in an orderly fashion .... we can expect to hear more about each of these items as the officer is examined and later, re-examined ....

I think this segment will be all about the Crown showing that the pair knew each other and supporting portions of TLM's testimony as best they can under the circumstances.

Don't think the forensic evidence will come out yet tho ...

Police found out, through MTO, a car looking like the one in question with the same plate number was driven by a Mike Rafferty.

Sounds like investigators got a good shot (image) of his license plate from one of the videos, in order to track the car back to MR. :woohoo::skip:

There's been a problem with twitter today:what:

Document, filled by Rafferty, shows try stayed there on March 25th

Should read "shows they stayed there" in the last tweet.

Police also have footage of McClintic and Rafferty seeing a movie that night. Saw "Duplicity" at Gallery Cinema.

The court is also shown a receipt from a motel in Woodstock from March 2009 which has Rafferty's name on it. McClintic has previously testified she and Rafferty stayed in a hotel together.

In the video, McClintic is wearing a white coat like the one from the CASS video.

The jury is now shown a video from a movie cinema in Woodstock on March 25, 2009. Det. Const. Darmon says the video allegedly shows Rafferty and McClintic. The Crown says an expert witness will be available later in the trial to identify the people in the clip.

Crown notes the people on the video are believed to be McClintic and Rafferty.

The licence plate number was given to LE by TLM's neighbours.

They had only known him as Mike and didn't know where he lived. They noted his licence plate and e-mailed it to police.

I think TLM's neighbours gave LE the license plate number, and MTR's name (incorrect last name).
