Oh so now we're hearing straight from the horse's mouth, MR did know Tara. VERY damaging for sure. Another woman he was fooling around with. Wonder what Amanda is like? Just as bad as TLM? Did MR try to get Amanda to abduct Tori? Could that be why she dumped MR? She knew he was bad and evil? I wonder if Amanda will be called as a witness. :woohoo:He admits to "knowing of TLM" and being a bad person but didn't know her last name?! I knew MR stalked her out to carry out HIS PLAN. MR's not a good liar. Just my own honest opinion. :moo:

How does this prove he stalked her exactly? He's obviously minimizing his involvement with her in that interview, for whatever reason. Again, there is no proof he stalked TLM, they met at a pizza shop. Period.

Thus far, I think the Crown was shell shocked and unprepared when they learned TLM had changed her statement.......just prior to the opening of the trial.

They had built their case around key witness TLM, and believed her eyewitness account would justify some of the charges against MTR.

TLM successfully manipulated experienced police investigators and Crown prosecutors into believing what she told them.

To say the credibility of TLM would be challenged in this trial, is an understatement of epic proportions.

TLM has absolutely zero credibility left. Nothing she says can be believed, and evidence must be gathered from other sources.

We wait to discover what evidence the Crown will present, that will prove beyond a reasonable doubt that MTR demonstrated criminal intent and is guilty of abduction, rape, and murder.

I believe they have her agreeing to using the phone to call drug associates during the timeline of the abduction. I am trying to find where I read that they spent some time driving around trying to find the house...I will keep looking. It might be a bit of a connect the dots but I believe that is what the defence is implying. You are right though, not proven until BA testifies. Jumping the gun on the assumptions.

It was tweeted that they spent some time driving around, her and the police drove around trying to find the house on Queensdale in Guelph. JMO

Wow Matou! You may be onto something. I won't be surprised if that was the place he made the suggestion of breaking into with TLM. He may have been thinking he could restrain this woman while TLM made off with her daughter. OMG. He "fooled around" with this woman and obviously was shunned by her. I sure hope in the time they "fooled around" MR was never left alone with her daughter. OMG I feel so sick. :what::moo:

Derstine is placing MTR at the crime scene. IMO LE has forensics that cannot be disputed. The Defence has no choice but to admit that he was there.

I guess he is suggesting that MTR was "zipping around" in his car, or some other alibi, while TLM was alone in the field with Tori. Probably drove around to clear his mind, or absorb the drugs or whatever. Then went back and lo and behold TLM had murdered Tori, so he helped her clean up, and then they went to clean his car out etc.
