This makes me wonder what DNA evidence they have of the rape.

Likely have no forensic evidence of the alleged rape .... otherwise the defence team would not go there ... also defence indicated that TLM offered TS to him and he declined .... so I am betting donuts that the Crown cannot prove rape.

As for her pants being off, it would be like TLM to think to stage the scene so that it looked like TS had been sexually assaulted, just to throw suspicion onto an alternative motive for the kidnapping.

JMO ... but let's wait and see

The defence is playing another song by death rapper Necro. It is called Garbage Bag and it describes a violent murder and the chorus says that there is a garbage bag with your "name written on it." The lyrics are similar to McClintic's letters written when she was in a youth facility during 2007 and 2008, which described the hypothetical torture and murder of a person.

Derstine plays another song called Dead Body Disposal and Derstine suggests the lyrics are similar to McClintic's writings. She agrees and says she had Necro on her iPod around the time of Tori's disappearance. McClintic says she listened to the artist when she was angry.

....defense seems to not be denying Rafferty was at the scene of the CRIME as tweets from courthouse are IMLYING that Rafferty WALKED AWAY ....while tori was assaulted and than was HORRIFIED to fine Tori DEAD!....OMG if he was such a " nice guy" ....WHY would he be invovled in driving and allowing TORI into his car in the FIRST PLACE?.....I do not buy this at all.....Looking forward to seeing the EVIDENCE the crown has as I am praying it nails Rafferty to his involvement ....Time shall tell ....What are other peope's opinions??????....robynhood ....evidence is deparately needed but we have not come to that CHAPTER YET we must remember !

All of the suggestions Derstine made were in the form of a question. McClintic could agree or disagree.

McC says she remembers telling her godmother while in jail that as a child she hurt a dog and told everyone another dog did it

When asked about hurting the dog McC responds "I was a child. I didn't know what I was doing." Derstine ends cross-examination.

Now on a 20 minute recess. After the break the Crown will have the opportunity to re-direct

We have to be patient with the evidence. Right now all we as spectators have is a pyschopath's ever changing stories and some video evidence with that same pyscho's involvement. Also, we know Rafferty was driving. Other than that, I'm believing that the whole truth will not come out.

Exactly!

He was an active participant. No doubt in my mind. His attorney said in open court his client helped TLM clean up. This was a dare probably after she bragged about her fantasies. They both enjoyed the thrill of murdering an innocent little girl. :moo:
