Yes, that was on May 15th. Her counsel was present only when she gave her consent to provide a further statement (on May 19).
The further statements took place on May 19th. From Pages 3 and 4:
Her lawyer was not present on May 19th. There was nothing to prevent her from changing her mind, clamming up, and refusing to speak without a lawyer present.
JMO
I am not sure how TLM would have been compelled to testify if she refused.
They could certainly drag her into court, but they couldn't force her to talk.
She is serving life in prison............so what could they do to her?
