What the heck kind of question is this? She was 8! Is the defense going to say Tori was at fault for talking to a stranger? I certainly hope not :banghead:

I have to wonder if Tori was stomped to death?

I'm not sure if she was or not - but yesterday left me with the understanding that she was killed as a result of blunt force trauma (by hammer) to the head.

The broken ribs and liver laceration apparently happened while she was still alive. Not sure how this happened (stomped, hammer, rocks... etc).

I'm not sure I even want to know. This poor little girl!! How the hell does anyone DO this to a little one? Unreal.

What is a prisoner's box?

It is like a screened in witness box. It is used to protect the prisoner. They will probably show it in some of the court drawings that are likely to happen - but basically it is just a glassed in area. Probably bullet proof.

it is a safe place for him to sit (vs next to his lawyer)... apparently the jury has a better look-see at him from this vantage point (eta: that is not why he is sitting there though LOL...)

the teacher saw her get them from the desk right? so who knows if she put them in before she met up with evil outside of her school ??
