#Rafferty - I went outside, teacher left court, very upset. Did not speak to media. Back iin court.

I remember her on TV and she was crying her eyes on when it was reported Tori was missing. I'll always remember how upset she was. It was her that made me pay close attention to this case and then I saw the video footage at that was it, I was obsessing over Tori and hoping she would come home safe. JMO

Crown attorney Michael Carnegie ask him about the area security video was shot in. Specifically Crescent Care Retirement Home.

It is like a screened in witness box. It is used to protect the prisoner. They will probably show it in some of the court drawings that are likely to happen - but basically it is just a glassed in area. Probably bullet proof.

It is bullet proof. This courtroom was recently re-designed and updated with security as the Bandido Trial was there a few years ago.

She told Tori about Precious, her little dog, and if she wanted to see her dog. Horrible.
