This isnt a circumstancial case, there is blood connecting to raffertys car and gym bag, this won't require reasonable doubt whether or not they question TLMs credibility, the sole fact that she said "here I am, I did it, punish me and so did he" is the nail in the coffin, all this questioning whether or not she walked fast, closely etc is tiny in the scope of the evidence
