IMO the more evidence that matches what TLM said, the more the jury will be inclined to find MR guilty regardless whether or not the defense has already admitted he was there. The story is consistently matching.

I don't think it was the same knife. IIRC the knife used by TLM to cut the seat was thrown away. The knife found in the toolbox in MR's house just happen to be the same as the one that was thrown away.

McLean said she tested the area for blood and then a swab of the stain is taken back to the forensics centre for testing

You have to wonder if Derstine delayed testimony yesterday to create some "emotional" distance from the anniversary date of Tori's murder. :moo:

I was under the impression that only the foam was thrown out on their way back to Woodstock. I don't recall seeing any specific mention of the knife being thrown out at the same time. JMO

How close could she have been to the door? Someone needed to kick her and apparently she already had a garbage bag over her head before the hammer was struck to contain the blood. IMO try kicking someone multiple times when the person is that close to the door, doesn't make any sense
