But Tori had a garbage bag over her head to prevent that from happening. I bet the blood came from Tori's privates when she got out of or back into MR's after TLM took her to have a piddle. I wonder if urine can be detected in that blood? Here's hoping, then that would show sexual assault IMHO.

Now, tell us about the tested fabric! If the spot was big enough for them to cut it out then there has to be enough DNA on it.

The court is shown a slide highlighting an area of the car door frame opposite the area where the blood was found on the moulding

The other blood spot wasn't examined fully, as it became clear the blood was likely that of Victoria Stafford.

The second blood sample was not examined for DNA as it was assumed it was likely from Stafford

It seems to me that if they found sperm cells at all, then TLM was telling the truth (well and all the other things that go along with finding sperm mixed with Tori's blood ).

She supposedly had garbage bags over her head when TLM used the hammer, of course that doesn't preclude that blood would be found in the car, but it makes it almost unlikely that only one drop and not more would be found. I think that blood was from when Tori asked to go to the washroom between the assaults, TLM did say she was bleeding in the snow when she asked to go pee. JMO

I haven't seen that yet. They seem to be jumping around from one thing to the next. I'm thinking that is just a problem with the tweeting system LOL. But no, I don't think there has been anything about anything on the frabric, just that it was cut from the back seat.

What the heck is that suppose to mean? Blood was found on the FRONT passenger seat? Maybe the back of the passenger seat? Typos can really throw people off. :maddening:

I bet the blood on the door frame came from Tori got out to piddle as TLM said Tori peed blood. OMG that precious child. That would explain why MR's DNA was mixed with her blood. EVIL!!:jail: :moo:

I am confused. If the blood was found outside the car with the door closed how can you tell that something happened for sure in the car? Sorry the evidence section is all over the place and doesn't make sense. Was sperm found?

So we can now determine something definitely happened in that car and the mystery of the back seats location is irrelevant IMO. The sole fact it isn't there, says it all. This is why the Crown said listen to the dna results carefully, a dominant FEMALE result,mixed with another dna found, means only ONE female but because they can't fully determine who the other belongs to because the makeup of the sample was too small, they cannot testify to it being MR's. Therefore, it was Tori's and a males IMO
