I tried to word it Salem but I don't know. I just think if he is capable of what it appears he has done then I think if TLM had not gone along with the plan(not saying she did so unwillingly)then I do not think he would have had reservations about taking out TLM as well. MOO I just am not buying into TLM's whole version of stuff. Some of it-Absolutely. She definitely had issues but they are public and forefront however we have heard very little about him in comparison. If there are witnesses testifying that knew him personally and he had issues then I think we would have a much clearer picture of who he is. We are not going to get conclusive forensic evidence of a rape. No surprise there because we are also not going to get an explanation as to where the car seat ended up and why it's location was not turned over to police to completely exclude that possibility. He had six weeks to get rid of any evidence and 3 months for the evidence on the body of the victim to be eradicated due to extensive decomposition.

There was no blood splatter in the car so Victoria was not attacked in the car by TLM with a hammer. Another point she is correct about. The murder happened outside the vehicle.

TLM's story is lining up right down to the part where she said he unzipped his pants on the way into the lane. Because MR seems to wear a lot of track type pants from his pictures. He was even wearing them the day of his arrest. But on that day, he was wearing jeans...with a zipper. TLM's details are uncanny for someone who was supposedly lying about all this on the spot.

The blood sample on the door moulding, according to tweets posted on pages 9 and 10 of this thread (I'll get links in just a bit) indicate that the blood was Tori's and it was mixed with "sperm cells" but the cell sample was too small to positively identify anyone.

Hope that helps. From the info, it appears there is a solid blood sample, mixed with sperm cells.

There was semen found in one of the bloodstains Kamille. I posted one of the tweets from sailor_bug previously and so did someone else. They tested for semen on the blood but I think because there wasn't enough points to make a DNA profile, that they can't tell if it was MTR. But heck whose else was it?
