This Land field is about a 10 minute drive to Mount Forest from there.

I guess, but there's really are times when I really wish that they had not let the defence have the last word.

A very astute observation, about a situation that has prevailed throughout the trial. Derstine doesn't say much.......but has asked one or two questions which has negated a lot of Crown witness testimony.

The final words of the pathology and DNA experts are examples, where the jury is left with "there is no evidence that proves........" in their minds.

I am wondering why the Crown doesn't redirect.......but maybe because the defense could ask more questions and it would turn into a merry go round of questions.

I hope when you state "negated a lot of Crown witness testimony", is your opinion.

Our mods added this cute icon for us. :moo: It stands for My Opinion Only. It should be used when you're stating an opinion versus fact backed up by a link.

There's also a checklist for a vehicle owned by the business. From April of 2006.

No more questions from Carnegie.

Such a little Sweetie! Just to think, Tori could have belonged to any one of us; daughter, granddaughter, niece, little sister a friend :tears:

Safe in the arms of our Almighty Father now.

JUSTICE FOR TORI!

:waitasec: Is she talking about earlier years?

i believe that MTR tossed as much DNA and garbage and junk as he could in his car to make it hard for investigators, while taking out anything he might think would have evidence on it.:twocents:

Well now that was a total flop for the defense. :moo:

WTH? :floorlaugh:

All these women show that MR was in fact not manipulated by any women like the defense claims.

Geez...he was trolling that site big time. Ever heard of the Craigslist killer? Something really seems to be off about all this POF contact he was having with women of all ages.

MOO

I'm wondering if he was trying to establish a network of women who could supply him with percosets, it seems he's had a perc addiction for a long time.

Now that we know that MR knew the MT. Forest area (Riverstown dump is minutes from the crime scene) I am more convinced of TLM's story. MR knows the area, TLM didn't. He was NOT lead to a "safe house" for Tori. He's guilty as sin.

I think he was fishing for information on what these women knew about Tori's murder. The talk around town per se

He didn't seem to have too many male friends except for that one guy at Staples he met one time who scared the ***** out of him because of the red shot eyes or whatever word he used to describe him.

Sounds like he wasn't as macho as he thought he was. He'll make a lot of "friends" in prison. :moo:
