Brady spoke to the sales person who dealt with Rafferty on May 14th. Rafferty had a list of complaints and wanted a replacement.

Sales person also told Brady Rafferty had 20 free calls to one person on his account. It was an option.

Is there any evidence that Rafferty raped Tori? Besides TLM. I know that Tori's body was decomposed....

@Guest - there is no DNA evidence suggesting such. TLM's testimony and the fact she was found with only a shirt on and the remote location of where her remains were found may suggest this.

:moo: Thereis a big difference between entering something into evidence that actually exists and making a suggestion that something happened, not because you are saying it actually did happen, but just because it's a possibility.

Of course it is because the Crown bears the burden of proof. All evidence is a suggestion of what may or may not have occurred that the jury looks at in order to determine their verdict. There is a huge difference between evidence that suggests something did or did not take place depending upon the individual juror evaluating the evidence and Derstine's alternate scenario suggestions.

Likely reason he was looking for an exact Puma style while shopping in Port Huron. Seems other references to shoes peaked my curiosity aside from your very valid point. I don't have a link just going on memory.

Police got a warrant for Rafferty's phone records. His original phone was tracked down by police.

The phone was located at RIM.

Maybe that's why he was looking for one particular type of shoe because he'd bought the originals in Port Huron and couldn't find exact replacements locally.
