All he asked her was if the backseat was in the car. She said it was removed a month before Easter. Which contradicts what AL and the neighbour said.

Yes he knew he was going to buy the percs and what they would cost him (I thought it was $300) and he probably thought the $400 would cover him for the day but something unexpected came up later in the afternoon so he asked for more? Too bad they didn't ask her how often he would do that. Ask for money twice in one day.

Obviously the argument that TLM manipulated MR, that poor dupe, no longer holds water: he was THE master manipulator.

I'm choosing to believe that he's being careful to prevent any technical errors from creeping in, and so preventing any grounds for mistrial or appeal.

A philandering cad? My first thought was "the 1940s called, they want their vocabulary back." But maybe that was a little bit of contempt slipping though, a touch of understatement.

I like how the Crown timed it, pretty much last thing before a long weekend. That's a lot of time to stew things over.

I am going to say that I am an Iphone and BB junky. I have both, one for work and one for play and seriously I look at my phone all the time. Drives my husband bonkers but its just what I do. If I get bored I read stuff, if I need something to do when I am waiting i play a game etc. I never leave home without them.

He seems to have the same issue but even more so since he was dealing drugs, pimping out his girl while cozying it up with more than a dozen girls and being on his phone constantly. Nothing he can say can explain why no data was going through during those hours except for the obvious.

What a coward.

She must be livid finding out her hard-earned money was going towards buying gifts for his other girlfriends, especially after thinking he was her exclusive. That's what I call being used. But she looks like a strong woman, sure she won't make that mistake again.

That's the other thing that got lost in the shock of CS testimony today. There was a period of 1-2 hrs that day where her BBM messages to MR could not be delivered. What we didn't hear was what time that was.

Being devil's advocate, I could suggest that he was doing this texting away fron the crime scene, oblivious of what was happening to Tori. I wonder if that's what the defence might suggest.
