On a side note, just one member of public in the overflow room today. Main courtroom still busy, but not as many people here today

too bad they didn't use retina technology to see what part of map exactly he zeroed in on with his eyes :maddening:IMO

That's what I was thinking.....where is the seat and the other evidence Rafferty?

The jury is seeing satellite views of the scene. Creek, nearby house, lane way and trees are visible.

Investigators did a weather inquiry for that area on April 8th, 2009.

Search over 6 days failed to turn up items.

I trust the Crown will eventually remind the jury that, to this day, MTR has never revealed the location of the back seat. What possible explanation could he have? Evaporation perhaps? ;)
