Police expanded the search. Trying to find items that may have been thrown out of the car.

Found none on highway six, no more questions from Carnegie. Derstine now questions Stirling.

Absolutely. There is no innocent reason for chunks of the seats to have been cut out, nor for the entire thing to be removed. IMO it is doubtful that the damage inflicted on Tori could have been done inside the backseat of a small car. So why would he need to dispose of the seat if there was no sexual assault?

Stirling agrees with Derstine about the elevation. Asks about moving between the fence and rock pile, if it is up hill.

It is up hill, but not steep, Stirling says.

Derstine: Generally, the higher up I am, the further I can see. Stirling agrees, but says that's subject to conditions. No more questions.
