Ok, what was the point of that question? Anyone? If there was a point to it, I completely missed it! :waitasec:

Good questions...'cause I am completely missing the point of this as well.

So does this answer the question everyone was so confused about way back?! Some people thought the one picture wasn't MR's car. This explains that question. It's an ah ha moment. The pieces are coming together nice in this puzzle. :moo::woohoo:

Wait - so the officer was also assigned to take JW's car in as well? Did I understand this correctly? Or have I misunderstood something? Why would they be looking to take her car in as well? :twocents::twocents::twocents:

If I have completely missed something, someone pls take a moment to help me out here! Sheesh, you leave the computer for a minute to get a drink, and some lunch and you come back and end up all confused!:waitasec:

Rafferty's car was "messy inside". Dash and dour handles were white, maybe bleached.

Chirstmas says he removed no items from the Civic; no further questsions from Crown, no cross-examination, witness excused

Christmas didn't remove any items from the Honda Civic. No more questions from Venne. None from Derstine.

RaffertyLFP: That concludes the car "chapter" moving on the search of residences "chapter

omg when the opp officer on audio tape said...oh you got a kinda nice car...MTR says...it's a work in progress :floorlaugh: IMO

McClintic's garbage bin circled as area of interest; contents include a Tori Stafford 'missing' poster.

In a garbage bin in McClintic's room, there was a missing persons poster with Tori's photo on it.

RaffertyLFP: Actual missing poster presented to Scoyne by Crown; now being shown to jury and entered as an exhibit. (as well as the photo of it)

Scoyne has the poster, bagged, in his hand.

This is just a guess, but I think he may be saying that Tori was targeted(for drug debt), because there were probably many other elemetary schools to choose a child from or that there were probably some that were closer to MR.

My thoughts would be that JW's car was taken to check for anything MR may have put there, left there, hidden there, etc.

When I read back through old threads, there were pictures of MR's car from when he was first arrested. I assume they were taken in the police garage. Some people were saying that one of the cars was not MR's as his was a four door and the one in the picture appeared to be a two door. They were noticing differences in the cars such as tires, doors, hatchback ect. Now that make prefect sense. There were actually two cars seized, not just MR's. And they both look so much alike. I don't know if that thread with the pictures of the cars is open. HTH
