Wasn't he put on suicide watch? I'm sure I read that somewhere. If so his nice plastic suit may well be the ones they give people on suicide watch to wear? Or maybe they did give him that instead of clothes, but it being plastic makes me wonder maybe he's wearing it over his clothes before they took them for processing? Looks kind of like the ones forensics wear.... Kwim?
Jmo

Prisoners who are on suicide watch wear paper clothing so they cannot injure or kill themselves say by strangulation. Paper ones rip. HTH

She didn't seem like MR kind of girl at all. She was into rap, real gangster. She wasn't into chick flicks. MR wore his heart on his sleeve and hopeless romantic.

Ever hear of the term "opposites attract"? They were probably well suited for each other. Liars and sick. Their profiles say one thing but who they are is totally different. They painted a pretty nice picture of themselves depending on who they where hoping to attract. MO MR = chicks, TLM = gangstas. :moo:

The whole house looks like an episode of hoarders so nothing found there would surprise me. I bet everything she's ever accumulated in her life was in there.

What I did find interesting was the prescription receipts on the bed. One of them was for Oxy from the 28th of April 2009. I wonder who drove her to Zellers that day? :waitasec: But the interesting thing is that the receipt was for a time after TLM was in jail so it does appear that CM was using that room for her own personal papers and "stuff" as well.

MOO

unless someone else put the reciept on the bed for TLM so that if she got out of jail and went home, she would know her mom was indeed taken care of while she was :jail: :twocents:

Are we sure this is not the CD cover and someone didn't tweet that wrong? Do we have any evidence photos of a menu? :waitasec:

Maybe someone already answered, but just in case they didn't, it is a CD liner and IIRC there is a picture on the Media Links, No Discussions thread.

I thought I noticed a baby stroller in one of those pictures..wonder why they would have that but then again as you said the whole house looked as if they were hoarders..I think I counted three TV's which isn't a big deal to most but I guess there was plenty of income coming in through the back door and there is Goodwill /SA etc..

I don't have the link to support this, but babysitting was listed on TLM's resume. Maybe the stroller was for her neices or nephews. I think I recall a quote from someone who said TLM was like a saint with her neices and nephews. I don't remember the exact quote, or where I read it. If anyone has a link for that pls provide it. I spent ten minutes looking for it and could not find it. TIA:twocents: And If i am mistaken, someone please correct me.

I don't have a link either, but it was her mother CM who said that. I have no idea tho, if she ever mentioned the ages of the nieces and nephews.

I actually read the phrase "murderous *****" in a tweet to a reporter reporting on this case in reference to TLM herself, BEFORE this information was publicly revealed in testimony for this trial. This makes me very worried and suspicious that there are people who are trying to cause problems for this trial. JMO

:eek:Tampering with evidence? Publication ban? Ikes, I hope LE have located these people or person. Nasty, nasty. :noooo: :moo:

The cell tower would prove absolutely crucial to finding Victoria.

I think some of the stuff was traded for Oxys, and then later sold at the pawnshop. There was an old article about TLM and her mom posted on here where it mentioned that they were living on OW - and CM would occasionally pawn stuff to "get by".

Sad to think that a young mother might have traded her baby stroller for drugs.

maybe the receipts were laid out on the bed by LE in order to take a picture of them..:moo: or maybe CM was keeping them so she could send them to her health insurance plan for repayment...:floorlaugh: (as if)..

I answered my own question, they don't wear paper either, there are special Anti suicide smocks they put prisoners in, usually made of some type of nylon.

Rafferty taken into custody. Honda Civic seized by police.

The woman driving the vehicle Rafferty was getting into was Joy Woods. Identified by her driver's license. No more questions.

No cross examination. Lima done. Court recessing until 2 p.m.

"Joy" was mentioned in the OPP interview as a potential interest. :blushing:

I think she was flying in a chopper which would have been doing a low fly over...think that picture shown was from google...she more than likely knew exactly what highway they took (she observed so much other info)..maybe waiting for the warmer weather for another reason.......:moo: or to drag it out for more power......

It would be interesting to see MTR mugshot from his arrest to see if he had cold sores at that point showing how stressed he was?

You know they keep insinuating that the evidence items were found in TLM's bedroom but according to her neighbour....

Their home was crammed with stuff; you couldn't walk through it without stepping on something, said ex-neighbour Craig Racine, 32. Mother and daughter shared a mattress on the floor, he said.

http://www.canada.com/Terri+Lynne+McClintic+lost+soul+didn+stand+chance+life/3951599/story.html

So I wonder if they weren't both sharing that room as a bedroom? :waitasec:

MOO

Yes odd I must say. :waitasec: To me it sounded like they had hardly any furniture in the house and that is why MR's mother was going around and dropping stuff off. I thought I read somewhere there was only a futon mattress in the livingroom and that was considered CM's bedroom. Hmmm :moo: A snippet about the CD liner :) for anyone, just to clarify. HTH

She (TM) and Goris were in Carol's bedroom, sitting on a futon mattress, when Terri-Lynne came in, McDonald testified.

In McClintic's house, jurors heard, police found McDonald and Goris's phone number written on a liner note from a 2003 hip hop CD called Cheers by rapper Obie Trice.

McDonald testified the handwriting was her own.
