I just dont see how the state can convict her as she is in the middle of this mess and is trying to show she was having good intentions and fear for the baby. from what the lawyers said yesterday these laws they are using against her were intended for the 2 parents not 3rd parties

Believe forgery would apply to anyone, not just parents

Guess the Atty's that she "always had" and then when she didn't have an atty becaue she had to wait until she got the money for one. . . and then the State paid for an Atty . . . but her Ex's Atty bribes the Judge? (not necessarily in any order of course!)


Crying because they were very frustrated they hadn't found EJ yet. . . just wanted to get her before she ran . . . crying . . . heavy breathing . . .

She's crying now, but she was stone-faced the other day when they were talking about the possibility of finding Gabriel in the landfill.

Logan lied to me and got weird on me. Oh, brother. She's crying with such emotion, and I remember thinking every time I saw her on the news during the time they were looking for Baby Gabriel, it struck me that she didn't have any emotion, even when she talked about EJ killing baby Gabriel. But now, years later, she shows emotion? It would have been appropriate back then, imo.

She's charged with custodial interference - she DID :moo:

I know my kids cry . . . I know when they are hurt . . . or when they cry because they want something that they are NOT GETTING! (kinda like TS crying about not getting Gabriel when EJ ran away with him!)
