Earlier on, Tammi said that when they took Gabriel, they knew they wouldn't be adopting him. Huh? Then why attempt to get Jack's name on EJ's paperwork? Why continue to try and deny Logan his parental rights?

I sense impeachment in the future.

this is the part im fuzzy on and why im watching I thought I heard TS say Ej told her Logan might not be the dad and this guy and that guy so I wondered if TS and company didnt know themselves who the dad was. I think EJ convinced Tammi that Logan was worthless and just messing with her through the kid.

I dont know I havent heard that testimony yet.

Even IF you "think" a parent is worthless, even if you "think" the parent might not actually be the bio parent, it does not give you the right to break the law to steal a child.

I knew whose "best interests" TS was thinking of when I saw the testimony about intentionally sending Gabriel away without the supplies he needed for his care.

Tammy says her ex-husband was asking for sole custody with no visitation from her . . . she didn't have money for an attorney. Did get an attorney from the state. Said attorney was horrible; she told him everything and he said Don't you dare say that. Husband disappeared with kids -- didn't see them for 6 months. She claims Louisiana law says husband can do anything he wants to you if you're married to him. A year-long fight to get her kids back in her life.
Re Elizabeth saying Logan was trying to take custody away -- Every parent deserves to have time with their child even if they're a drug addict or a prostitute. Had no reason to doubt what Elizabeth was saying.

so Agree! I think anyone who wants another's child is " tetched" as my mother would say LOL or their a better person than I am. I just cant see it. One of those famous shrinks said we all go through our adult life trying to fix problems we had in our childhood and from what I have seen of people that is so very true and this is a good example of that theory.

I totally agree with you here. I believe we are lucky TS has not murdered and ripped a baby from a womb of some innocent woman and then justified it with some garbage about why the mother didn't deserve the baby.

It does sound like Tammy might have been trying to fix (or get revenge for) problems with her father by victimizing Logan. No sympathy for her here. God protect me from the "Tammy Smiths" of the world.
