I just can't imagine the jury finding her not guilty, but it's happened before so I just can't get too excited right now. How's everyone else feeling about the probability of a guilty verdict? Anyone think she will actually serve time or will she just get probation? Anyone think there's a chance of a not guilty verdict?

IF she is found guilty (I dont see how she could be found not guilty but we all know that happens) I wonder if the jury will get to hear about her prior criminal record. I know its not lengthy. If I read correctly doesnt she have a prior forgery conviction or charge? As far as sentencing who knows. I think it will depend on the jury takes her testifying if she really does.

I wonder exactly how much of the prosecution's evidence the defense even took the time to look at or listen to before trial started, because lately Lee's had that "doe in the headlights" look about him.

Maybe that was why all he had last week was the EJ is a very pretty girl business....
