He implies that TS is a nurse. She has a "nursing backgrouind". What is she exactly (or was she) licensed as? Not a nurse.
This is bad to me. I don't get why the prosecution is allowing this. Jack is good and this allows him to present the picture the defense wants to paint. The prosecution does not have to allow this.
Based on this alone, I think she'll walk.
He may have let it expire in Az but is an active realtor in Tenn.

They "were just blessed with a beautiful new home" and Jack said "the more the merrier" when asked if they wanted to still adopt baby Gabriel . . . . (wow . . . God really does give them money I guess!)
Then why would he care what the current real estate market in AZ is like.... :waitasec:
Here's az family, where I've been watching

He called EJ Rachel twice! He's having trouble keeping them straight.
Jack testified that Tammi told him that Rachel had "seizureque" behavior. I guess that was the excuse for Tammi talking to Rachel.
You may as well base it on the sky being blue.
When asked if the adoption was finalized for Hannah, in a roundabout way he said it was not and later when answering another question he said the adoption was finalized? Which is it??
Right, he's trying to make it seem that Tammi was so nice and concerned and approached this gal for that reason alone.
As an attorney, I disagree. I find this guy to be sleazy, but in my experience, many would not. Juries are gonna' love him. He can control his emotions much better than Tammi and he is doing a great job (or rather, the defense is doing a great job, through him) of normalizing what is actually bizarre behavior on the part of Tammi and what appears to me to be nefarious and desperate motivations to get a baby and keep Gabriel from his father.
He's painting a rosy, normal, loving picture and a lot of this could be avoided via hearsay objections, calls for speculation objections, etc.
