Well, she has gotten her 15 minutes and ... now she should get her 15 years. Again, that's just my opinion of her and the harm I feel she did to Logan and, in some way, to baby Gabriel.

There is no way they are going to be on the 3rd witness tomorrow. They barely got thru 10 questions today.
I am sorry but I have to disagree with you Oliva. She wanted a baby and was going to do whatever it took to get one. She not only asked perfect strangers for babies but she posted ads for surrogates and sent out random emails to people about both options. She apparently even offered to perform procedures to the surrogates or something to that fact which was not allowed to be said in court. If she had such a good heart why did she walk away from her 3 children?

I got a phone call just as TS took the stand . . . I heard some of her history . . . abused as a child, her Father lost rights to visit with TS and her sister . . . he abused TS and sister and left their home when she was 12 . . . grew up in an abusive family until age 16 . . . got married at age ? first time six month marriage and then remarried when age 18. Has 3 kids . . . oldest 22, 20 and 18(?) two girls and a boy . . . two girls live together in Louisiana? as she was so gracious to give her girls the house when she and their dad divorced(?), they are attending school . . . youngest son still in highschool . .. (no mention of her losing parental rights to visits or custody with her kids).

She is a colon hydro therapist but not certified . . . she "sat" on many exams (didn't mention if she passed them . . . ) she has gone to many trainings and one school is based in San Antonio (interestingly enough).

No mention of her having a "nursing degree" or any other formal education other than the "trainings" to be a colon hydrotherapist but she also wants to teach colon hydrotherapy. (just a quick question . . . um . . . .does she have to have a volunteer to practice on for her trainings? . . . . wondering if Jack is a willing volunteer . . . . )

If the state fails to mention the fact that she lost custody of her kids, I will lose all faith in them.

Yep, remember the FB post where she asked a pregnant stranger out of the blue if she could adopt her baby, and the woman replied that she and her husband were keeping it....

I'm numb from that "short" time she's been on the stand. I may end up catatonic tomorrow.

There doesn't seem to be anything Lee can do except to stop her whenever he can.

When it was said in opening statements that she wanted to tell her story, little did we know.

I hope that the prosecution does what was done to Cindy A in her depo. Catch her in a lie and play the video for her.
