When something is "too heat" or "too much heat", it is something that would bring too much unwanted attention. Something obvious that would bring suspicion upon them by police.
I am in between their age group and have heard this term used many times. I don't get why, it sounds silly to me, but it is used in such a manner.

There are many various definitions of 'heat', too (such as a firearm.... "are you packing heat?" would mean "do you have a gun", but that is not how it was used in this case. 'Heat' could also refer to police. 'Too heat' or 'too much heat' would mean to bring too much attention).

Many various 'definitions' are listed on urbandictionary. I am not making this up.

Rafferty's phone not being used doesn't mean the battery was out. Did Rafferty stop using his phone when he found out Tori was kidnapped?

On MSN, Rafferty said "he thought he had it all, but all is lost."

McClintic removed lots of her hair, after getting gum in it. Derstine says "bad Michael" makes her alter her appearance. Not herself.

noticed in RS interview that when asked about TLM going into the school to get TS that he was hesitant as if he has now absorbed that new evidence and is believing that she knew her target......JMO

Even if she was targetted it still does not mean that Rafferty didn't ask TLM to get a child for him. All it means is that TLM chose Tori. This does not make Rafferty innocent. MOO.

Wait...doesn't this statement make his client look guilty then? He didn't search for Tori. He only said he did so he wouldn't have stood out like a sore thumb!

...IMO this is getting sicker by the min...l am guessing from what is going on Derstine told RAFFRTY DO NOT take THE stand The crown's evidence means NOTHING...I will disprove every piece of evidence they produced....IMo I doubt that like us all here ...the JURy will NOT buy into his tactics...my strong opinion and I hope I am right fellow sleuthers....robynhood

Thanks to all who have been posting tweets, links, etc.....I have come many times, but just couldn't stay long....it is all too sad.

I'm too getting sicker by the minute robynhood....hopefully the Jury will not fall for R's lawyer strategy....it's just so transparent......

The fact that he sleeps around makes him sexually deviant which makes it believable that he could want to rape a child. MOO.
