Now looking at the front passenger seat. Semen was located on the seat from Rafferty, McClintic 's blood there too.

Rafferty just muttered something as Gowdey described McClintic changing clothes in Cambridge.

During McClintic's testimony, he mouthed "liar" at a similar point in her story.

This, and the fact that the Cambridge car wash could not be located must mean something...

If McClintic was bloodied after killing Tori, she "sure didn't transfer it into the car".

maximum security part of that prison is not the cottage life of the minimum security inmates. MOO

If she isn't in isolation and is left alone with another inmate long enough for her to beat the other inmate, I doubt she was put in maximum security.

If a woman with her lengthy criminal record, remaining sentence for a stabbing conviction, and a new conviction for murdering a young girl doesn't qualify for maximum security............what does?

i thought she beat the other prisoner as they brought the prisoner to her for a discussion and guards were caught "off guard". I agree she should be in max security and pc/isolation too. MOO Her conditions should be the same as his moo although i think the can govt has fewer options with regards to housing female inmates. Do NOT think murderers should be in any cozy accommodations at all. male or female. MOO

for all intents and purposes for HIS trial, he IS trying to use her for a scapegoat. HIS defense is saying SHE kidnapped without his knowledge, SHE killed TS without his knowledge and SHE FORCED him into cleaning up and hiding crime. THAT is using someone as a scapegoat. MOO

scapegoat = a person or group made to bear the blame for others or to suffer in their place. -dictionary.com

IS THAT NOT what MTR was attempting to do with his defense??? MOO

The crown believes they killed, raped and kidnapped together and that HE was the mastermind. So ya scapegoat applies from the point of view of the crown. MOO

TLM did commit those crimes. She is hardly a scapegoat, regardless of how Blatchford tries to spin it.

no smirks and no rolling eyes anymore? What the hell did he expect? How could he ever think that he will be found innocent? I just don't get it.
