As for her being in general population or what ever unit she is in jail wise...that is up to the jail and their classification system. Once an offender enters the jail the courts, lawyers, etc. have no say. It's a different system.

not as many women prison's in Canada.

MTR will likely go to Millhaven or to BC IMO (IF found guilty)

both would i expect be in maximum prison for a number of years in safety cells away from gen pop until the authorities feel it is safe for them and for other prisoner's to house them elsewhere. That is IF MTR is found guilty. MOO

IF they were smart they would use that time to reflect and also get some REAL education or training. AND take advantage of any counseling offered to get their heads on straight JMO

Ardy, I respected you for wanting to hear both sides of the story. I, myself, was on the fence early in the trial. After hearing everything now, I can honestly say I think he is guilty. Dont get me wrong....I am not trying to be cheeky....just wondering why you are so adament that he was duped? There is not evidence pointing to that.......I am just curious that is all. JMO

I think TLM told LE what music they were listening to at the time, and then they found that CD in his car.

Fabric on the floor was from the seat in the Honda. The fabric is all the remains of the seat. Rafferty got rid of the rest.

I won't be howling if he gets 25 years and I certainly won't be howling if federal corrections throws him in general pop. He's a diddler/skinner so he'll go into protective custody.

...IMO it makes me wonder what they would find if the back car seat was found ....hmm more blood and I feel MR sprem ...there would be NO DOUBT THAN that a rape occured...but naturally that DISAPPEARED ...103 days so he had plenty of time to make sure it was NON EXSISTENT..in my strong opinion...back to tweeter!..robynhood
