That includes "things 4 Carol" note. Items for him to get for McClintic's mother.

Gowdey calls Necro awful, unpleasant, violent and horrific music. "Is that the best evidence the defense can point to?" Gowdey asks.

He says it was given a disproportionate amount of time in this trial.

Mike Knoll: Many people are asking about Rafferty's demeanor. I just got back to the LFP newsroom from the courthouse - while I was in court Rafferty rolled his eyes a number of times and was mouthing words I couldn't determine (things perhaps like 'Bulls---') seemed a bit more fidgety than in the past; taking his glasses on and off and such.

Sounds like he is not so sure he is going home soon now....maybe Millhaven sent him a weekly menu list for him to check his preferences....and this has upset him. MOO

Gowdey goes over McClintic's police interview timeline. Confessed her and Rafferty's involvement on May 19th.

If he was just the innocent driver, why implicate Rafferty?

Rafferty had repeated contact with Carol McClintic. Rafferty knew he needed to stay on Terri-Lynne's good side, Gowdey says.

Gowdey suggests they together came up with having missing child posters in their homes. Their lives went on. Tori's didn't. He says.

He claimed to be searching for Tori. It was a "cold blooded and calculating way for the two of them to cover themselves".

This is why i say TS was targeted. JMO

I agree.

TM couldn't possibly know if TLM knew TS, so her saying TLM didn't know TS doesn't prove anything.

The Crown opened by saying no one saw TLM around the school......which was nonsense. The grandmother saw her going into the school and walking with TS a few minutes later.

The Crown tried to discredit the witness because it doesn't fit their theory.

Why is the Crown so worried if TLM went into the school or not?

Because it doesn't fit their spin on the facts, it supports the defense spin.

And then there is the "harsh sentence" for TLM.

15 years for committing this brutal murder?

Living in minimum security or no security at all considering her access to another inmate to beat up?

Living in "houses in a campus style setting"?

Having access to counselors .......so that she can become a valuable member of society in 12 years time or so?

And now Christie Blatchford referring to TLM as a "scapegoat".

Good grief..............
