LDB told HHJP the state was half way through their guilt phase presentation chronologically yesterday. and, based on Jose's performance with Det. Melich, I can't imagine his cross of the scientists is going to take very long.

Unless, he and his client don't see which way the wind is blowing, which is probable....so.......

I think we are on schedule for the 6-8 weeks...maybe that is wishful thinking on my part...because I really need to get on with life.

So, we know approximately how much longer the SA will go. Any projections on how long the DT will take? It seems like they'd be much quicker, based on what I believe are their fewer number of witnesses. Does anyone know if that's accurate (the fewer witnesses part)?

I think HHJP wants to hold the SA and DT to his 6-8 week time frame. At best, I think the Judge would like the case wrapped up before the 4th of July weekend. jmo
