The AP is reporting that a Tropical Storm Watch is in effect for N. Carolina.

With Danny's winds only being 40 mph, he's barely a tropical storm (must have winds of at least 35 mph). Hopefully he'll continue to weaken.

Skies just opened up and it's pouring rain. Tomorrow there is suppose to be around 2 inches of rain from this storm. Good day for laundry and DVD movie-thon here in N.E. Wish it was cold enough for a fire in the fireplace. That would be a yucky day perfection.

Edit to add... Just checked Local Weather Channel. Warnings for 3-5 inches of rain. I give that a "Whoa"!!! Will not be a kind day here tomorrow.
