*Pretrial Conference Hearing (@ 9am CT) - TX - Carlos Fernandez (12) killed by mother's former bf on 3/4/24 trying to protect his sisters in Cloverleaf area at the Crossings at Alderson apartments near Freeport Street just after 3am. - *Terry Bryan Rivera (27/now 28) charged (3/8/24), arrested (3/12/24), arraigned (3/13/24) & indicted (5/29/24) with capital murder. Held without bond. Bond changed (3/14/24) to $2M. Harris County
