It seems like TH was completely unaware of the surveillance cameras (else he wouldn't have claimed he was fishing or job hunting, which would be contradicted). So, choosing to use a different car must have been a natural choice, rather than something he contrived. If TH wasn't aware of the cameras, he wouldn't bother to avoid using his own car. That argues to me that someone else was a full partner in this crime. Maybe TH even stayed home while perp #2 drove away with the body.

I guess a second possibility is that he called on someone who cared enough about him to bail him out of *any* kind of trouble and that person was willing to dump the body for him.

I remember this! Thank you! So he's an area resident?

I would think if he is setting up neighborhood watch he would live at the very least on that street and not be on neighbors hinky list.

On these 90-100F days, I stay indoors most of the time and with the old rickety a/c running, don't hear much from outside. I also am keeping the sun out by closing all the blinds tight during the day trying to budget the meter spins. So this theory works to me and I think someone would be able to cross the street carrying something and not be noticed. And knowing the schedules of neighbors and backyards would make it easy to pick the best one.

I still think TH called a friend who (for whatever reason, misguided friendship, coersion, or blind obedience) put his car in TH's garage, loaded AG's body, and went to Cindy & Roundrock to dump it, with or without TH riding along. I just can't see this overweight perp schlepping anything of any size any distance, especially without being noticed by anyone. People seem to have kept an eye on him generally, and for good reason as it turns out.

....okay, one more post and then I have to run......

In addition to Alanna, would he have also transported the tarp, Walmart bags, the trash bag w/ roll of TP from his house (presumably? - wasn't the Gallaghers), red duct tape......to this other location? And then there's the dog hair.

BBL!

I think it's doubtful he'd have walked there without someone seeing him. At the time it wouldn't have been suspicious (particularly if people knew he tended to gardens so maybe thought garden waste) but I feel sure people would have recalled that as soon as a body was found wrapped up.

The toilet paper batch was traced to several nearby Costco stores and it was shown that TH's mother had a Costco card.

I agree it's far from over.
Waiting on the computer forensics seized from his house and cell phone.

Yes, those should be revealing.

A kid who does yard work in the neighborhood would not look out of place toting a rolled up tarp across the street and into a neighbors backyard. He would have already done the deed and rolled her up in the tarp before carrying her across the street. Obviously no one saw him, if indeed the is the way things went down but, even if someone would have seen him I don't think they would have been concerned. Certainly they wouldn't have immediately thought..."there's a child in that tarp." kwim

Maybe, but then they'd surely report that to LE once AG's body had been found. On second thought, maybe they did and maybe that will come out later.

Welcome to WS.
Do you think it would it be possible on a scooter?

I don't know how he would possible carry her wrapped up that far. Again it is a very congested area and he would have been spotted by someone.

Sorry if someone already answered this, but I didn't see it anywhere. If you follow someone on FB, any new posts on their wall will show up in your news feed. It just lets you stay aware of any news there without having to continually go back and check the page.

I'm actually going with arrogance.

I think he is a stoned, arrogant person living in his own little world.

Mr. tough.

Neighbor said he walked by their front lawn with a PIPE after she told him to stay away from her children.

I want to know if he was the driver of that black car that shows the driver with the arm over the steering wheel.

BBM Way behind and catching up... but I've been wondering the same thing!

I had my privacy settings so strict that for awhile there I was only posting to MYSELF!

I kept wondering why all my friends were ignoring my OBVIOUSLY witty, genius on fb! :floorlaugh:

Changed my settings....

They still ignore me.

That's why I come on here...

Even in a wheel barrel rolling down Old Decatur OR Knowles OR McElroy it would have been suspicious. He may have done yards on their street but, he would have

A) had to go through the park. There is at least 100 people there during that time walking dogs, exercising or at the softball field.

B) he would have went thru 2 other neighborhoods and crossed the MAIN street to get to Cindy Lane.

This area they live in is VERY VERY active and the main roads he would have taken or even cut thru it would have been WAY out of the ordinary.

Laura Gallagher, Alanna's mother, went to Facebook Wednesday night to express her sadness and support for Det. Charles Lodatto, an Arlington officer assigned to the FBI task force. Police said he was injured in the groin area after Holder fired a shot while authorities served search and arrest warrants Tuesday in the doorway of the suspect's home, located two houses down from the Gallaghers' home.

"I am so sick at heart, so heartbroken, by all that has been happening," she wrote.

Gallagher said the family went to donate blood after learning Lodatto needed a blood transfusion.

"There has been so little that we can *do*," she wrote. "At least I can do this. And pray, and cry."

BBM Way behind and catching up... but I've been wondering the same thing!

Looking through his fb friends I see that there seems to be three basic groupings;

1). Nice kids who are dabbling with wanting to live the gangster style.

2). Nice kids that look like they are just befriending him.

3). Other punks that think they are tough too.

I will add to this that I have fairly severe PTSD, often times I see body language and actions as aggressive when they are not meant to be that way.

So when I look at the photos I might be seeing some of them as total punks when maybe they are ok.

As you can guess...I have a huge problem with punks that think they're tough.

Juvenile black bears are the same way. Their brains aren't developed yet and they lack the experience to understand that if they mess with an older, more mature black bear they are going to get their hindends handed to them.

:stormingmad:

Walk down our street with a lead pipe and see what happens.

I cannot believe they allowed him to get away with that.

P.S. is it just me or does there seem to be a paradox here of really fancy looking houses and some rough looking people in that neighborhood?

I think it's a strong possibility.
Computer forensics should turn up some interesting/disgusting details.
I would not be shocked if T was sexually abused/groomed as a child by an older predator/male. It could be someone who is aware, inspired by or connected to the other missing children.
I think this is just the beginning.

I fear TH has had way too much time to destroy evidence such as hard drives etc.

I wonder if he has been officially arrested or what is the difference being in police custody? If he has not been arrested then technically don't they have to 'release' their hold on him, even though he is in the hospital? If he hasn't been officially arrested would that imply he is perhaps unconscious?

John Peter Smith Hospital officials say they are prohibited from releasing Holder’s condition because he is in police custody.

Is he smart enough to do that? I'll bet they come up with something.
