TH's tendency to confess before anyone has asked any questions (telling about his sex with men, giving away Alanna's identity before it had been revealed, etc.) makes me think he has the ADHD tendency to blurt without thinking.

Not confining such a tendency to only ADHD, yeah, seems kind of like he might, huh?

I don't believe TH had sex with men at all. I think he lied to explain the hose photo and to lead LE to think he was not sexually interested in females (or children in general). JMO

I agree, I think a teenager who would be into having sex with men wouldn't be into little girls. I would think he would go for young boys first over targeting Alanna.

Homosexuality has nothing to do with pedophilia. Most prolific pedophiles are "straight men," and their victims include boys. Of course, it can be argued that they don't really have any genuine and legit adult attractions, at all.

That line of thinking is really dangerous to the homosexual community. JMO.

I've been straightened out since I posted what I did a half hour ago LOL! He is into guys for $$ for dope. He is a deviant in general and would have targeted any kid who came into range IMO. Boy, girl, wouldn't have mattered IMO. Glad he's off the street. Saginaw is safer now. He would have done it again IMO.

It's actually more complicated then that. There is a 3 year differential for 14-16 year olds. (Also, sleeping with a 17 year old would not be rape, or statutory rape. At 17, you can do what you want regardless of age. Unswe 14 would be sexual assault, no matter how close in age.)

Just to add to what you've said. The reason why it's like this, is because honeschooling is regarded as a private school. In Texas, private schools are not regulated by the state. They ONLY regulate schooling that is funded by tax dollars.

Oh, I see!! It would be statutory rape if he were younger then 17, and there was more then a 3 year age difference.It seems like to a 17 year old, a "man" would be older, and not just within 3 years. BUT, if the activity started when he was 17, it wouldn't really matter. I wonder if he told the police what age this began...if he did sleep with men.

Yeah. If it had been going on before he turned 17, and the man was 3 or more years older. That could potentially get someone in trouble.
