With hindsight it all looks so different to me now. At the time, I passed off any suspicion I had on him and assumed they were being helpful neighbours who had some information and maybe a surveillance tape. Boy, that couldn't have been more wrong :facepalm:

That's exactly what I thought! I even remember someone saying "this is the house where the surveillance cameras were, but they had to wait for this family to come back from vacation to collect the tapes" or something like that. Perhaps that was just a rumor and I took it as fact, but I skipped right past him. He didn't show up on my hinky meter.

I've said this before, but I'll repeat. We had family here from out of town that week for the fourth, and I didn't really pick up the case fully until the 5th or 6th, maybe. Then I started at the beginning of the thread. By the time I posted for the first time, all the speculation about TH had been snipped by the mods, and rightly so, but that meant I never saw it, so I didn't even have the hint that other people were looking at him.

I think it was mainly due to the fact it was reported in MSM that LE spent 30 minutes in the house and came out with an evidence bag on the 2nd July. TH was then seen on video getting into his car and a reporter saying they asked him what LE had taken and he said nothing.

His charming demeanor and his lovely FB that consists of different drug and alcohol experiences.

He had very few friends on FB compared to other teens who have hundreds of dear dear friends. Lol

He fit the profile of a child killer to me. But then I changed my mind when I saw the pic of him in the white car giving the bird to google.

I figured he had a sense of humor and friends. So, I figured because of his smirk when LE was leaving his house that he had video that was going to nail the perp. I was right, but just a little off. Lol

I think he was ignored and left to do his own raising. Does that excuse him? Nawwwwwwwwwwwwww. He knew right from wrong as evident by "I'm sorry Mom". This crap happens to some degree daily and everyone looks for excuses out the wazoo. Sometimes it just is what it is. A failure. Until we reach a point in society where we can look another person/parent in the eye and say "You know what? Your kid is out of control and you are failing miserably as a parent and you need to wake up and do something." , we are gonna keep hearing of stories like these. I'm tired of being politically correct. People need to man up and quit passing the buck. :banghead:

I can't find the photo of the two black cars but the wheels and black wall out tires make me wonder if this person in the white Camaro ? now is driving a black car. Like he/she took the wheels off the Camaro and transferred them onto their latest car.

Wow, just found this.

The white car (not sure of make) that is parked on TH's driveway in streetview in April and is also parked on the road outside TH's house on 4/11/2013, i've found again on street view on the corner of Jan Court/Bridle Trail.

Now if you looked at the map, and the direction the white car is coming from in Jan Court, then it leads me to believe that this person lives around that area. Other than visiting other friends then there's no reason for them to be on that road unless they lived around there. I've marked where the car can be seen, both on Jan Court and outside TH's house on Babbling Brook.

Obviously this car hasn't been mentioned in the investigation at all and it could be anyone. But it's clear whoever it is has associated with TH in mid April this year and may have sold that car since.

The thing about this pic is, where is the red Dodge Magnum? Is it possible that at the time this pic was taken that TH was the owner of the Camaro and sold it and is now driving the Dodge?

Who the hell, in their RIGHT mind, slashes tires, knocks on the door and tells the people that their tires are slashed....AND when the police come, admits THEY did it????

Did he admit he did it? I think he was a friendly helpful neighbor who pointed out the flat tires. Kind of like with A G. The friendly helpful neighbor who cares and pointed out who was found before it was announced.

That was the 5th July. IIRC it went like this.

2nd July - TH was observed watching LE conducting the SW at the Gallaghers. An officer informed one of the investigators who went to talk to TH and he was taken down to the station to talk. That was where the 'garden hose' photo was seen on his phone.

3rd July - LEO returned to the home of TH but nobody was home.

5th July - LEO visited TH's home to obtain a voluntary DNA swab and collect dog hair for DNA comparison. (LEO seen leaving with brown bag)

If you look who's seated in the driver seat of the white Camaro though, they have a very thin arm when compared to the person sitting in the passenger seat. And judging by the pic of TH, his arms aren't really that thin at all.

I was suspicious why they knew the car was coming when they were parked on TH's drive. Now I think they musta saw the google car by chance when out and about, then followed it around their neighbourhood.

I am confused. Is it a Camero or a Corvette?

Is it an expensive car? I have not seen one where I live that I know of. Is it a popular car?

Yup. But good luck with that.

As a retired teacher, I encountered the privacy law issues. Let's say I had information to give to a therapist , I could not talk to the therapist without parental permission. If a social worker from CPS wanted to talk to me, S/he had to have a court order.

Notes I kept on children and incidences had to be written in such a way that they were politically correct because any notes can be subpoenaed.

If another parent talked to me about another child, I could not respond in any fashion because I could not talk about other children with another parent , which of course is correct, Even though the school would be addressing issues, no one but the family would know. To those looking on, it would appear we do not care.

Very very difficult with privacy laws and the attitude that no one is going to tell someone how to raise their child.

I think any issues with LE , and the family goes for counseling. Everyone. School suspension--- same thing.

I'd be freaked that my numb-nuts neighbor did this and wouldn't care what his diagnosis might be.

Why would someone let him get away with it?
What was his excuse or reason?

If someone has an Antisocial PD, it certainly doesn't mean they deserve any sympathy or special consideration. It's kind of an unusual disorder in that way.

The satellite view in Google Maps is at least 3-4 years old though. The white car is parked on the road outside in Google Earth satellite view dated 4/11/2013.

Its not too clear, but I'd guess TH is the one in the passenger seat, OR it is two friends waiting outside for him.
