I am not sure how much longer I can listen to this witness and her grandmotherly country folk persona. She is probably a very nice lady but she has no place in this courtroom.

Even if TH had a historical diagnosis of ASD, the jury still has to apply the law. Iiuc ASD is not a protected class, unless it is in this state.

Iirc the jury will also be instructed that 'feeling sorry' for a defendant cannot be a consideration.

this person was a school resource offered to Tanner because he was "autistic" I add the quotes because there is not record of his diagnosis being entered in this trial. The school decided he was autistic, and created an IEP. This lady was part of his multi disciplinary team.

Tanner couldn't understand the consequences of his actions. WHY IS THIS LADY ALLOWED TO SAY THESE THINGS????

I'm gonna need to mute this for a while because infuriating!
