We are treading into victim-blaming water, by implication.

I have one question for this witness.

Did you ever tell TH he couldn't
grow up, steal little girls, attack them sexually and violently, and strangle and stomp them to death
?

I think he should never hear that song again as he would associate it with Athena and the pleasure he gained from killing her .

That song imo is his trophy, it conjures up visuals for him the exact same way it does for you or I , the only difference is the effect it has on our emotions. His derive pleasure, ours disgust
You’re right. We can think of a different song to sing while he’s dying. Making sure to tell him to shut up every once in a while.

If you just listened to this rambling witness, with no knowledge of the crime, you’d think the defendant was a child.
She took him to restaurants and to her house? She’s so unprofessional.

She took him to her house?? What????
Does the prosecutor get to cross examine this fraud?

Tanner learned to take turns. I was VERY proud of him. He showed good improvement.

She's real proud of him.

My ears are hemorrhaging.

Talk about erasing appropriate boundaries.

TH wasnt upset about his route change because it was disruptive to his routine. He was upset because it interrupted his routine. 100% IMO he knew where all the little girls lived.

That’s an interesting take!

I actually tend to believe that TANNER views the change in delivery route as the precipitating event (why on this day of all days did he do this?). It very well could have been what “broke the camels back” but he obviously lacks the insight to consider all the other pieces of straw. Lack of healthy attachment due to mom coming and going, poor hygiene and social skills deficits stemming from ASD dynamics, sexual frustration from lacking age appropriate social skills, stress from expectations related to employment and financial obligations of new fatherhood, rage from the years of rejection, feeling like a loser and perceived unfairness of it all. It’s actually a strong recipe for a violent sexual outburst beyond the explanation that he’s simply an evil sadistic pedophile (a conclusion evil sadistic pedophiles rarely ever come to). But either way he became one!

defense: what happens if a person who is showing progress and learning new skills is taken out of that program?

Our answer in unison - you know what it doesn't do? It does not make a person go out abduct, torture, and murder a 7 year old child!

And now we get to it.

She was fixing him.

But no one must have continued her great work with him.

he was a great kid. He was mannered. I had fun with him, he was a fun kid.

She understands he has pled guilty and to what.

Are you sayign Tanner's autism is the reason behind what happened? No. Do you feel it is a defense for what he did? No.

direct quote from witness: "This young man should never have been in that truck by himself"

(AGAIN the blame is on Fedex?!?! this is insanity)

She needs to just STFU already....this has gone on way too long...

"Tanner should have never been in that truck alone."

What? He was supposed to have a school para with him? As an adult? In what universe?

I’ve never heard of a speech pathologist teaching manners. Or did I misunderstand?

Usually, Speech Path works on social skills, ADL activities. Because if you are delayed in speech, you Usually have delays in other areas. So, it is incorporated with Speech.
